The magnetic float level switch working principle is simple and effective, this makes float level switch reliable , cost effective and very popular for use in detecting or control liquid level. It based upon detecting the magnet floater position, magnetic float level switch have two key parts, one is reed sensor (reed switch) which sealed inside switch’s rod, second is magnetic float ball which fix ring magnet inside.
The reed sensor turn on or turn off trigger by ring magnet when float ball up and dowm floating via liquid level changed.
