Material:
First of all, mostly people will choose SUS304 to make float ball, it is not recommend to use SUS202, because it will rusting when float ball dip in water or oil for long time. And all of Wins Tech Limited stainless steel float ball choose SUS316 , much better than SUS304 .
Processing technic:
General, stainless steel float ball have different shapes, they are include oval, cylindrical, circular etc.,and dimension can customiztion . Stainless steel flaoter mainly have three parts, outer shell, inner tube and ring magnet .
First, how to manufacture S.S floater shell? Die casting! We make two shells first;
Second, cutting inner tube, please be know they have lots of different size tube can choose;
Third, fix ring magnet on the tube by gasket;
At last, integrated two part shells by laser soldering;
Quality check:
After finish floater , we have one most important thing need to do yet, quality check. Check what? Maximum working pressure, specific gravity and maximum working temperature.
